Jiu Jitsu provides a great workout while at the same time teaching you the most effective self defense as witnessed since the first UFC. If sport competition is your motivation the techniques learned can also be applied in that setting.
OUR COACH
José Carlos Lima Sobrinho, also known as José Carlos is a Brazilian jiu jitsu black belt under Master Júlio César Pereira of GF Team. Considered one of the best rooster weights of his generation in the sport, José won important titles such as the IBJJF World Championship and the UAEJJF Abu Dhabi World Pro.
Jose moved to Mankato in 2018 where he now lives with his family
